If you are not happy with your hair extensions or wigs, we are here to help you facilitate a smooth return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unaltered hair products back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective nets are intact.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
