Can I dye or bleach the hair?
Our 100% human hair products can be dyed or bleached to your desired shade. However, we do not recommend chemical processing for our synthetic hair lines as it may damage the fibers.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, hair that has been installed, cut, or chemically treated cannot be returned.
How do I maintain my Dorsanee Hair?
To prolong the life of your extensions, we recommend using sulfate-free shampoos, detangling gently with a wide-tooth comb, and storing them in a cool, dry place when not in use.
